
At Rings & Co, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within the guidelines outlined in this policy. It is at the discretion of Rings & Co on if a return or exchange is acceptable.
Clients must let the company know of their intention to return or exchange their purchase within 7 days of receiving their order. The jewelry must be returned within 14 days of the client’s request.
All returned jewelry must pass inspection tests to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the jewelry is found to be damaged or worn, the return may not be accepted and the client will be informed. If the jewelry is accepted for return, the client’s credit card used to make the original payment will be credited.
Any damages to the product will be the client’s responsibility if not notified within 7 days of receiving the product. If an item is worn or used, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be returned to the client.
Jewelry sold in promotional deals may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Some specific categories of jewelry may also not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated on the product page. It will be reviewed by Rings & Co on a case-by-case basis.
If jewelry is accepted for return or exchange, the client will be informed via email. The refund amount will be issued back to the original payment method used by the client.
The client must include all packaging material and accessories when returning the jewelry.
